• To cancel or reschedule your booking, please get in touch with us 24 hours in advance. Any cancellation or rescheduling before this could result in your fee being extracted and not refunded.

• To reschedule your booking, please contact us as soon as possible so we can cancel your first booking and you can re-book with us on our website. We do not accept next-day bookings and have a 3-day notice booking period. 

• We accept enquiries for more appointment times but please be advised we have a 3-day notice booking period unless the slot is available or we advertise same-day time slots on our Social Media.

​ Membership policy

• Memberships will not be refunded but you can cancel at any time. You will still receive your treatments, rewards, and benefits for the remaining time of your membership. To re-join our membership, please purchase again on your website, however, rewards will be lost with each new membership purchase.

 Treatment policy

• We ask that you please read the preparation and aftercare policy for your treatment on our website and we advise you to abide by this policy for the benefit of your health and well-being.

• We are not liable for any issues that may arise from negligence in following our preparation and aftercare policy. 

• We will not perform any treatment or services on skin with open wounds and open cuts and we may have to refuse the service and extract the fee if we are not warned before traveling to you.

• We are not a medical service and we do not claim or take accountability to remove or cure any conditions or health issues, our aim is only to ease and relieve the symptoms of these conditions.

• These treatments are not a sexual service.

• The women's treatments are strictly female only and will be provided by a female. The men's treatments are strictly males only and will be provided by a male. We will not provide this to the opposite gender under any circumstances. 

• These treatments are for ages 18 and above, unless stated otherwise.
